Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by ISSATIRE.

1. Service Deposits

Some services require a deposit to secure an appointment.

Deposits are fully refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

2. Tire Purchases

Returns for tires may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Tires must be unused and uninstalled
• Tires must be returned in original condition
• The return must be requested within 7 days of purchase

Once tires have been mounted, installed, driven on, or used, they cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Special Orders

Tires or parts that are special ordered for a specific customer may be non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee, depending on supplier policies.

Customers will be informed if an item is considered a special order before purchase.

4. Defective Products

If a tire or product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, it may be eligible for inspection under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims are handled according to the tire manufacturer’s warranty policy.

5. Installed Services

Services that have already been completed and delivered (such as tire installation, oil changes, or brake services) are non-refundable.

If a customer experiences an issue related to the service performed, they should contact us and we will review the matter.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
